AAMER ZAKIR PRESENT’S “SHIKHAR” A FASHION SHOW WITH A PURPOSE
M D Capitol Mr. Amit Chauhan along with Aamer Zakir hosted a unique fashion Event ” Shikhar ” with NGO Devodhyog . Show was a true blend of fashion with a purpose . It was a unique concept where Designers ” Niharika Pandey ” and ” Niket Mishra ” showcased their Spring Summer 2016 collection where special friends of NGO Devodhyog and shikhar with his parents were walking with models and showcasing new collection.
Whole delhi came to support them and liked this unique fashion event.

It was a show which i witnessed and found as one of the best show by Aamer ,and Amit Chauhan hosting reflects his greatness as mostly the shows comprising of fashion only highlights wardrobes by slim models ,but this show was touchy ,which gave these children’s a special platform to walk and show the world that they don’t lack confidence and grit and which definitely reflected too in their walk on the ramp.
Such shows should happen more and more as kids with special needs require such kind of attention and who knows when this confidence can make them more stronger to face the harsher aspect of our society.
My sincere thanks to Aamer ,Amit Chouhan and the NGO involved that i witnessed such a heart touching event and i was moved by the happiness these special kids exhibited while walking the ramp and not to forget the gorgeous male and female models ,designers -Aniket Misra and Niharika Pandey
