New Delhi: Rajive Kumar-I IAS (UP:81,Special Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas who will be the new Secretary, Ministry of Shipping,Government of India.He will take the charge from Vishwapati Trivedi IAS (MP:77) who retires on November 30, 2014,source said.
