New Delhi: SENSATIONAL BLIND MURDER CASE OF CLOTH MERCHANT SOLVED

Ø ONE STOLEN SCOOTY, WHICH WAS USED IN CRIME HAS BEEN RECOVERED.
INTRODUCTION:-
With the arrest of two accused namely Nabab Ali @ Danish R/o Trilok Puri, Mayur, Vihar, Delhi, Age 24 Years and Nakul @ Kishan R/o, Akhade Wali Gali, Geeta Colony, Delhi, Age 26 Years, PS Shakarpur has solved a sensational blind murder case of cloth merchant namely Subhash Yadav, 40 Yrs r/o Ramesh Park, Shakarpur.
INFORMATION & TEAM:-
On 18/09/16, a PCR Call was received in PS Shakarpur from Walia Nursing Home regarding a dead body of one male person. Later on, it was found that the deceased was murdered by an unknown person and a few stab injuries were mentioned in MLC. A case vide FIR No. 789/2016 U/s 302 IPC was registered and investigation was taken up by SHO/Shakarpur . During the course of investigation, it was found that the deceased was a cloth merchant and he owed about Rs. 5 Cr to his lenders. Due to loss in his business, he was not able to return the money. He was avoiding their phone calls and was reportedly trying to shift his base to Banglore.
Three different teams were constituted under the overall supervision of Shri Sanjeev Gupta, ACP/Preet Vihar, under Insp. Tanvir Ashraf SHO/Shakarpur comprising of SI’s C.L. Meena, Yogesh, PSI Pramod, ASI Bhopal, HC’s Neeraj, Sunil, Devi Prasad, Ct’s. Kuldeep, Rahul, Kunwar Pal and Sharwan of PS Shakarpur and the teams of Special staff of East Distt. under the supervision of Inspr. Videsh Singhal. The technical information & surveillance was analyzed to track down the activities of criminals and conspirators.
Two accused persons namely Nabab Ali @ Danish R/o Trilok Puri, Mayur, Vihar, Delhi, Age 24 Years and Nakul @ Kishan ,Akhade Wali Gali, Geeta Colony, Delhi, Age 26 Years have been arrested in this case. One Black colour Scooty without number plate, which was used in the commission of crime has also been recovered from their possession. The Scooty was stolen from the area of PS Mandawali vide E-FIR No. 022835/2016 on 05/08/2016.
INTERROGATION & MODUS OPERANDI:–
Accused persons disclosed that they got “Supari” of Rs. 2 lacs for the murder of deceased Subhash Yadav from the lenders/financers. Both the arrested persons are hard core criminals and had been previously involved in heinous offences. Accused Danish was released from Jail on 24.04.15.
RECOVERIES:-
- One Scooty Activa Black Colour Reg. No. DL 7S AL 4502 reportedly Stolen on 05/08/16 from PS Mandawali vide FIR No E 022835/16.
- One Knife used for committing the murder.
- Blood stained clothes.
