Anand IAS officer Tamil Nadu 1987 batch, who is presently posted as Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Department of Science & Technology, also holding additional charge of Financial Advisor, Department of Biotechnology and Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India has been appointed as Secretary National Commission for Minorities, Government of India.
