New Delhi:Balvinder Kumar, a 1981 batch Uttar Pradesh cadre IAS officer, has been appointed as the Vice Chairman of Delhi Development Authority.D. Diptivilasa, IAS (UP:81),was having additional charge of this post who took charge from SK Srivastava, IAS(UT:80) in February 2013.
