Basant Rath IPS officer Jammu & Kashmir 2000 batch, who is presently Jammu & Kashmir Police(UT Administration) has been suspended with immediate effect by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India for his gross misconduct and posted as IGP negligence. The official order from MHA has been issued.
