CGDA, Ministry of Defence has rolled out SPARSH end-to-end automated defence pension system
SBI & PNB have come forward to continue customer service to veterans and other defence personnel even after SPARSH automated pension system rollout. In a major step towards ease of living to 40 lakh or so Defence pensioners, in addition to online facilities for grievance redressal, Banks will open customer Service Centres in their bank branches to address any queries/complaints which pensioners may have. This will be additional service particularly aimed at those who are not comfortable with use of online facilities.
