CMD, NHPC delivers Keynote address at POWER-GEN India & Central Asia 2017

K.M. Singh, CMD, NHPC, India’s premier hydropower company and a ‘Mini Ratna’ Category-I Enterprise of Government of India delivered the Keynote address at Power-Gen India & Central Asia Exhibition and Conference 2017 on 17^th May 2017 at New Delhi.

In his address, Shri Singh stressedupon the fact that hydropower being one of the environmentally benign and economically viable option- the development of hydropower projects is imperative and needs to be vigorously pursued. On this occasion, an exhibition pavilion showcasing NHPC’s activities in the field of hydropower development has also been put up. The prestigious POWER-GEN India & Central Asia 2017 is a significant international power sector event being held from 17^th to 19^th May 2017 at PragatiMaidan, New Delhi.
