DJB UPLOADS THE TIMINGS OF WATER SUPPLY IN DELHI ON ITS WEBSITE
The Delhi Jal Board is increasingly working towards bringing more efficiency and transparency in its system, and providing more convenience to its huge customer base. Consequently, DJB has taken the following steps:
- DJB has uploaded the schedule of the the timing of water supply in different zones of Delhi, alongwith the contact numbers of the concerned officials, on its website at www.delhijalboard.nic.in. It will help the consumers seek help and quick redressal to their water or sewerage related issues. This would not only bring in transparency but would also provide convenience to the residents of Delhi.
- The Board has, proactively, uploaded the list of the Annual Property Returns of its Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ officers on its website. The list contains the details of the officers under the engineering and ministerial groups.
- Earlier this year, the Delhi Jal Board had uploaded the schedule of water tankers on its website for the larger interest and convenience of its customers. DJB supplies water in the water-deficit areas through around 900 water tankers from 25 water emergency control rooms in different zones in Delhi.
The Delhi Jal Board not only strives to provide its customers with the best water and wastewater services but also aims to keep its working transparent and efficient in all manners.
