- 726 BOTTLES (QUARTERS) OF ILLICT LIQUOR RECOVERED.
Accused namely Priya r/o Vivek Vihar, Delhi, age 22 years has been arrested and 726 Qtrs of illicit liquor seized from the possession of accused.
INCIDENT & INVESTIGATION:-
On 01/11/17, while on patrolling in Mukesh Nagar area HC Sujeet, Ct Satender and W/Ct. Geeta saw a lady sitting outside Mukesh Nagar, Vivek Vihar with plastic bag under her chair. After seeing police personals, she tried to hide the plastic bag but she was noticed by the police personnel. The above act of the lady raised some suspicion due to which W/Ct. Suman checked that plastic bag in which illicit liquor found stored. On checking total 726 Quarters liquor of brands Crazy Romeo Whisky for sale in Arunachal Pradesh and Santra Masaledar for Sale in Haryana only were recovered. During interrogation the lady was identified as Priya r/o Vivek Vihar, Delhi. The recovered liquor was seized and case FIR No. 556/17 u/s 33 Delhi Excise Act was registered at PS Vivek Vihar.

- Total 276 Quarter Crazy Romeo Whisky for sale in Arunachal Pradesh only.
- Total 450 Quarter Santra Masaledar liquor for Sale in Haryana Only.
