The government of India on Friday shared comparative maps of India to show decrease in the number of districts reporting high number of COVID-19 cases. It said 531 districts were reporting more than 100 cases daily in the week ending May 4. In comparison, 196 districts reported more than 100 coronavirus cases daily in the week ending June 9.
