The Governor of Sikkim, Shri Shriniwas Patil and the Minister of State for Home Affairs, Shri Kiren Rijiju presented the awards for excellent work in implementation of official language, at the inauguration of the Regional Official Language Conference of East and North East Region, in Gangtok, Sikkim on November 12, 2016.
