INDYPINDY CELEBRATES TWO DAYS COUTURE EVENT
Indypindy organized a two – day fashion couture event on 1st and 2nd October, 2016 at 21, LGF Navjeevan Vihar, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi.
When fashion gets the color of culture, the outcome is always something new from the maker’s end. In same way Indypindy has brought an unparalleled fashion items dedicated towards women but it also presents a fusion of international and local cultural extravaganzas. It houses some of the best designers in their domains to deliver topnotch and state-of-the-art products whether it is a saree, skirt or a clutch!
The event witnessed the gracious presence of Sandeep Marwah, Director AAFT who encouraged the budding designers for adapting the idea of Indypindy which focuses on the concept of ‘Make in India’.
The event was also graced by the presence of Dr. Shalini Sharma who imparted solutions at her special sessions on palmistry mixed with numerology to give the visitors at the event simple and best answers and solutions to their life issues. Indypindy as the name suggests is a group of Indian nomad designers who travel across the country and showcase their designs and unique collection to the diverse audience present in each part of India. The designers take up the designs from the rural and local area reflecting the native culture and fashion of the place and driving it to a national and international platform giving rural handicrafts and designs complete exposure in international market initiating the demand for such collection.
The event engrossed by a decent footfall and the unique collection by various designers that of Swati Mehrotra – ace shoe designer and retailer under her label Swati Modo is a big name in international shoe market who designs her own collection keeping in mind the trends going along, Ashima Sharma – bespoke of wide range of trendy outfits delivering at your convenience and customization, Resham by Sakshi Tanwar also showcased a complete new collection of festive and wedding wear. Naina is the face behind the Jewellery that reflects the fashion sense of nomads in India. InThings stands among the top providers of lifestyle and interior products whereas as Label Richen is an organic fashion label based out of Delhi that uses organic dyes for their collection with eco and skin friendly.
