Kamala Harris becomes first Female Vice President of USA – creates history.

VICE PRESIDENT KAMALA Harris became the first Black woman and person of Indian descent to be sworn into that high office on Wednesday, and on the 100th anniversary of women winning the right to vote, she also became the first woman with the title.
Holding her hand over two Bibles, one belonging to a close family friend and the other belonging to civil rights icon and Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall, Harris was sworn in outside the west front of the U.S. Capitol by Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor, the first Latina on the High Court reported usnews.com
By her side was her husband, Doug Emhoff, who himself makes history in becoming the first ever second gentleman and the first Jewish spouse of a vice president.
