KIDNAPPING FOR RANSOM CASE SOLVED WITHIN 9 HOURS, ABDUCTED BOY GOT RELEASED AND TWO KIDNAPPERS ARRESTED

New Delhi: On 17.11.14 at 12.50 PM, Sh. Abdul s/o Makbool Ali r/o Jhuggi , JJ Colony, Bhalswa Dairy reported at PS Bhalswa Dairy that two persons namely Sanjay Kumar Singh and Mantu Parshad @ Pintu known to his brother-in-law Milan had visited at his residence on 16.11.14 for some work. His 11 years old son was also present at the residence of his brother-in-law. They had some dispute relating to payment with Milan. Milan refused to give them any penny. They thought that the boy present there would be the son of Milan. So, they initially gave their mobile phone to the son of Abdul to play and later on kidnapped him. Milan told the matter to Abdul and they searched the boy at their own level. In the next morning when complainant received a call at 6 AM on 17.11.14 demanding Rs. 1.5 Lac from an unknown person for the release of victim boy, they reported the matter to police. Immediately, a case vide FIR No. 590/14 dated 17.11.14, u/s 363/364-A/ 34 IPC PS Bhalswa Dairy was registered and investigation was taken up.

Immediately, a team comprising of Inspr. Sunil Kumar, SHO/Bhalswa Dairy, SI Ajay Kumar of Spl. Staff and others was constituted.

Based on the inputs received it was found that the kidnappers are likely to go by train towards Jharkhand/West Bengal. Accordingly, Railway authorities in Delhi were informed and through them, all the Railway station on the route were alerted and photograph of victim was also shared with them.

Due to the alertness and swift action of officials and staff of RPF deployed at Gomoh Railway Station, the two accused were nabbed and victim was recovered at Gomoh Railway Station, in Jharkhand, when accused were getting down from the train.

Both the arrested kidnappers namely Sanjay Kumar Singh r/o Village Jamudia, Distt. Vardhman, West Bengal and Mantu Parshad @ Pintu  r/o Village Jimani Rani Gang, West Bengal are school dropouts. The investigation conducted so far revealed that both the accused involved in supplying Ganja in Delhi. Their criminal involvements and network is being further verified.

Due to coordinated effort, alertness and swift action of RPF officials of Gomoh Railway Station, special staff, NW and PS Bhalswa Dairy staff, the victim was recovered and accused were arrested within few hours of reporting of this sensational kidnapping for ransom case.
The team members of RPF Gomoh Railway Station and Delhi Police have been facilitated today by Commissioner of Police, Delhi.
