PARTNERS IN PROGRESS
To promote participative work culture in NSPCL, a Partners-in-Progress (PIP) workshop Marching Ahead For Excellence” was organized by NTPC SAIL Power Company ( NSPCL) recently. Shri Manash Sarkar, CEO inaugurated the program attended by members of Unions and Management of NSPCL. Future growth plans of the Company and challenges ahead, were deliberated. The event was effectively utilized through presentations by various groups and brainstorming on various critical issues for increasing the productivity and optimization of cost.
