OMVIR SINGH BISHNOI,DCP/1ST BN. TAKES INITIATIVE ORGANIZE 3 DAYS YOGA CAMP AT POLICE GROUNDS,NEW DELHI

 

DELHI POLICE CELEBRATED INTERNATIONAL YOG DAY AT PARADE GROUND, NEW POLICE LINES, ON 21.6.2015.
There are countless examples where the society has suffered a lot from the actions/decisions of mentally imbalanced persons. Rampant instances of road rage are one such issue, which can be tackled if practised how to balance the mind. Most of the crimes are the result of imbalanced mind. Undoubtedly the police has a vital role to play in the society and hence for sure the policemen need to be strong with healthy mind to handle different situations.
Keeping in mind the changing scenario, Delhi Police organize various programs to strengthen the policemen physically and mentally. With the same sprit Shri Omvir Singh Bishnoi, DCP/1st Bn. DAP took initiative and organized a 3 days camp from 10 to 12.6.15 and the International Yog Day on 21.6.15 at Police Ground in New Police Lines, Delhi. Nearly 600 policemen and their families including general public attended this camp organized in association with the Art of Living Orgn. Satyavir Naulakha, an employee of Delhi Police as well as a Trained AOL teacher held the workshop successfully and delivered tips about its origin and modern techniques to the participants for their well being.
The participants experienced a magical relaxation during the workshop. Every posture was performed with smile on face and enthusiasm in mind. The Art of Living excerpts added to the smile. The participants requested to continue the workshop for longer period.
The programs organized for the police jawans in DAP 1st Bn. has been appreciated by Special Commissioner of Police/AP&R and Commissioner of Police, Delhi.

The breath reaching the bottom of the lungs give more prana/ life force energy.
