New Delhi, April 12 : Punjab National Bank (PNB) celebrated its 120th Foundation Day on April 12, 2014 in New Delhi. On this auspicious occasion, K R Kamath, Chairman & Managing Director of the Bank paid rich tribute to Lala Lajpat Rai, the founding father and great visionary of India.
The Bank rededicated its foundation day to further strengthen our customer relationship. The Bank commemorated this momentous day by adding 120 branches across India dedicated to serve the customers. Out of this, 120th branch of the Bank is located near the birth place of our founding father, Lala Lajpat Rai. The layout of these branches has been aesthetically designed and is equipped with all the modern hi-tech amenities.

On this historic day, the Bank has launched the ‘PNB Platinum Credit Card’ containing wide array of features. The Chairman & Managing Director of PNB, K.R. Kamath, highlighted the features of the Platinum Credit Card. He said that this credit card provides the maximum limit of Rs 10 lacs and can be used for travel booking, shows & event booking and for the medical treatment. This card also has add-on features such as reward points, year-end availability summary statement of accounts and priority customer care services for Platinum credit card holders.
