Pnb branches has been seeing staff crunch due to which customers of pnb has to wait or visit again to get their transactions done. Senior citizens and women are the most who suffers. Our Editor in Chief himself faced this problem who has an account in rajendra nagar branch near rajendra place metro station.
When he visited for getting his email included and address change form with necessary documents the staff said will be done in 2-3 days as there is shortage of staff the staff cited the reason without naming at the branch and showed reluctancy in accepting the form at one request.
