Punjab & Sind Bank  launches  RuPay Debit Card   

Punjab & Sind Bank  launched Rupay Debit Card in three variants i.e. Rupay Debit Card,   Rupay Kisan Debit Card, Rupay Pungrain Debit Card.

The   Rupay card of the Bank was launched by Sh.D.P.Singh,IAS,Chairman & Managing Director of the Bank . In a  well attended  function  organized by the bank  in this regard at New Delhi,Sh.Singh apprised of various steps taken by  the bank to  provide  efficient banking services to its present & prospective clientele. Sh.Singh   spoke  of  the initiatives taken by the bank to move closer  to the people at large by  extending its branch /ATM network, CBS implementation  of Banks’  operations to   provide efficient Banking services.In respect of the Bank’s new launch  Rupay card  ,he informed that  the Bank has not levied any Issue, Re-issue fee on these cards and these are also free of annual charges. He further informed that the card , pin replacement,  additional card and balance enquiry from ATM is also kept free of cost.  Sh.Singh  added that the Cash withdrawal limit on these  cards is Rs.15,000 per day and these come with  purchase limit of  Rs.50,000 per day.The card can be used at for cash withdrawal at ATMs of all the Banks, for purchases at merchant establishments and thereafter it can be used for E Commerce transactions as well.
