New Delhi: Shakuntala Gamlin has been appointed as Chief Secretary of Arunachal Pradesh. Gamlin, currently Principal Secretary with Delhi government’s Power Department, had been at loggerheads with the AAP government after she was appointed acting chief Secretary of Delhi by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
She was on leave ever since a tug of war erupted between the Arvind Kejriwal government and the Centre over her appointment.Arunachal Pradesh Chief Secretary Ramesh Negi has been transferred to the Delhi government with immediate effect.
