Kiran Grover,  General Managers ,PNB and other members  of PNB Prerna, an association of the wives of Senior Management providing equipment to special children at Handicapped Children”s Rehabilitation Association (HCRA), New Delhi.

Handicapped Children’s Rehabilitation Association (HCRA), the NGO has been working towards welfare and development of special children forthe last 12 years.  Their organization provides total rehabilitation to mentally challenged/multiple disabled children from
under-privileged family living in and around Delhi.  The services provided by HCRA are virtually free of cost.  The programmes are
designed to help such population which includes prevention of disability, rehabilitation of disabled, fitting of mobility aids and
vocational training in different skills.

PNB Prerna, North Delhi Circle organized a function for providing equipments to HCRA for the betterment of these children.
The function was presided over by Mrs. Pushpa Kamath, President, PNB Prerna and the function was graced by the presence of Mrs. Sumitra
Bansal, Mrs. Sushma Bali, Secretary, PNB Prerna, Mrs. Kiran Grover, Joint Secretary, PNB Prerna and wives of General Managers at Head
Office and other Senior Officers of North Delhi Circle.

Mrs. Pushpa Kamath appreciated the job being done by HCRA officials by rehabilitating the special children.  HCRA tries to find out hidden
talent among these children which makes them independent for their day-to-day routine work and they also perform talented activities
which without the help of HCRA like organizations is not possible.

Mrs. Sushma Bali was also impressed by the performance given by children and she mentioned that this is the result of hard work put in
by officials of HCRA with these children.

Mrs. Shail Tiwari also initiated the various activities being undertaken by HCRA for upliftment of such children by providing them
training required by the each specific children.  HCRA also provides vocational training to these children so that they can earn their
livelihood and lead a comfortable life.

Mrs. Manju Bagga, President of HCRA extended warm thanks to PNB for giving various equipments for the betterment of these children.  She
mentioned that they are putting lot of efforts to bring out the hidden talent in them.  She expected that similar other activities will also
be undertaken by the bank in future also.

In the end, refreshment was also served to all the disabled children who were present in the function.
