The Chairman, Railway Board, Shri Arunendra Kumar and the Vice Minister, MOLIT, South Korea, Mr. Yeo Hyung Koo signed an MoU on Technical Cooperation in the Rail sector between the Ministry of Railways, Government of India and the Ministry of Land Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) of the Government of Republic of Korea (South Korea), in Seoul on November 17, 2014.
