“PRERNA” group of Punjab National Bank, South Delhi Circle distributed 222 school uniforms and a swing at Roshni Educational Society, Sainik Colony, Faridabad. The programme was presided over by Smt. Rashima Chaudhry, President of PRERNA group of PNB South Delhi. Smt. Veena Kaul, Smt. Rajni Kher and Smt Urvashi Khurma, Members of PNB Prerna-South Delhi were also present on the occasion. Smt. Rashima Chaudhry appreciated the efforts of the management of the school for providing education to the underprivileged children of construction labour, domestic help and other migrant labour who are living in slums and don’t have access to good quality education in the vicinity and assured help to the school by PRERNA group of PNB in future also. The function was organized by Punjab National Bank under Corporate Social Responsibility. Dr. Savita Bhagat, Founder of Roshni Educational Society thanked PNB PRERNA for this noble assistance and acknowledged that in the past also PNB has been showing its concern about the welfare of the society.
