Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. (POWERGRID), the country’s Central Transmission Utility and a Navratna PSU, has declared an interim dividend of ₹5.83 per equity share of ₹10 each for the Financial Year 2018-19.
POWERGRID handed over electronic payment remittance advice for payment of ₹1629.62Crore to Government of India. The total interim dividend disbursed is to the tune of ₹3050.02 Crore to about 5.91 lakh shareholders.During FY 18-19, the total dividend paid including final dividend for FY 17-18 is ₹4514.86Crore which is 1.48 times the total dividend paid in FY 17-18.
