Two days before the Punjab polls, Congress on Friday released its manifesto and promised 1,100 per month to women and eight free gas cylinders per year. It also promised one lakh government jobs and said government agencies will procure oilseed, pulses and corn from farmers. State Congress chief Navjot Singh Sidhu said the manifesto is inspired by Guru Nanak Dev reported news agency PTI.
