DJB makes the Draft Water Policy for Delhi available on its website
Delhi Jal Board is committed towards providing innovative solutions in order to ensure availability of efficient water and wastewater services to the city of Delhi. In consonance with its commitment, Delhi Jal Board has put up the Draft Water Policy for Delhi on its website- www.delhijalboard.nic.in .
The salient features of the Water Policy include demand management, recycled water resources, promotion of conservation and efficiency, controlling distribution losses, aquifer management, access to water for all, river related issues, promotion of innovation in the water sector.
Delhi Jal Board invites comments/ feedback on the salient features of the draft Water Policy from the general public, including all stake holders/ experts in the field, etc. The comments/ feedback may be sent within 30 days at waterpolicydelhi@gmail.com for finalization of the Water Policy.
