ü PORNOGRAPHIC FILMS & OBSCENE MATERIAL SEIZED.
With the arrest of one Ashish Gupta S/o Sh. Surender Gupta R/o Ganesh Nagar, Pandav Nagar Complex, New Delhi, Age – 26 Years, the Police staff of P.S. Connaught Place, New Delhi District Police have cracked down on the sale of sex toys and pornographic films in the Palika Bazar, Connaught Place.
TEAM OPERATION AND ARREST
Keeping in view the past incidents of sale of obscene material at markets especially at Palika Bazar Connaught Place, local intelligence network was activated and a special team was formed under the leadership of Inspr Mukesh Walia, SHO Connaught Place along with HC Kaushal No. 179/ND, Ct. Daleep No. 2075/ND and Ct. Mithun No. 1197/ND under the supervision of ACP Connaught Place Shri Pawan Kumar. The team gathered a tip-off that one Ashish Gupta S/o Sh. Surender Gupta R/o Ganesh Nagar, Pandav Nagar Complex, New Delhi is doing the business of sale of Electronic sex toys, medicines, chewing-gums, cosmetics, sprays, pornographic films & obscene material from his shop in Palika Bazar and stores these articles in his Santro car, parked in Palika Bazar parking. Further in order to attract the customers for sale and to hide their activities from Police he uses a coded language.
On this information a trap was laid on 25th of November, 2013 and one of Police officials was sent as a decoy customer and the said accused Ashish Gupta S/o Sh. Surender Gupta agreed to sale of Electronic sex toys and pornographic films for Rs. 10,000/- but after a brief negotiation he agreed to sale one male and one female sex toy with one pornographic films against the payment of Rs. 1050/- only. While the said accused Ashish Gupta S/o Sh. Surender Gupta was in the process of selling sex toys with one pornographic film against the payment of Rs. 1050/- he was caught red-handed and accordingly a case was registered vide FIR No. 220/13 Dt. 25.11.13 U/s 292 IPC at Police Station Connaught Place.
SECRET LANGUAGE
In order to attract the customers for sale and to hide their activities from Police he uses a coded language. Few words of their coded language are as under:-
Chokas – Good
Galory – Trouble
Langey Pau – Police
Langtar – Big
Paau – Male customer
Poni – Female customer
Akel Ram – Male organ (sex toy)
Levedi – Female organ (sex toy)
TR – Pornographic film
RECOVERY
During prolonged and systematic interrogation, investigation, the team succeeded in recovering one Santro car, 21 sex toys including male & female artificial organs and doll, several medicines, 10 of packets chewing-gums, number of cosmetics, 4 different sprays, 4 pornographic films etc.
Further investigation is in progress.
