Himachal Chief Secretary Sh Ram Subhag Singh awarded “Himachal Rattan Award 2022” to Philanthropist Sh Mehinder Sharma for his work in the field of social service , charitable activities environmental protection etc
Himachal Chief Secretary Sh Ram Subhag Singh presented award and citation to Philanthropist in a glittering and impressive function at Hotel Peterhoff Darbar Hall .

He belongs to Village Badhera Rajputana of Una district in Himachal Pradesh .
He is a Member of Holy BadriNath KedarNath Temple Committee which looks after the management of the sacred Hindu shrines which are visited by millions of devotees every year.
61 years old Shri Mehinder Sharma is one of India’s top philanthropist and Chairman and Managing Director of prestigious ANS Constructions Pvt Limited Delhi having diversified interest in various fields like construction, Hotel, Hospitality, education, food processing and infrastructure, real estate etc,
. Mr. Mehinder Sharma has done silver cladding work of Baba Kedarnath grabh grah, in Uttrakhand state with a cost of Rs. 2 Crore .
Mr. Mehinder Sharma has done silver cladding work at Mata Chintpurni temple in Himachal Pradesh state with a cost of Rs. 2 crore .
Mr. Mehinder Sharma is Vice Chairman of the renovation committee of Iskcon Temple New Delhi.
Mr. Mehinder Sharma is the Vice Chairman of Hari Yamuna Sahyog Samiti, which is devoted to the cause of Clean Environment through the cleaning of the rivers, planning of trees, control of air pollution in and around the rivers with a particular focus on River Yamuna.
Mr Mehinder Sharma is also associated with various social and religious organizations. Mr. Mehinder Sharma is continuously contributing to society in their treatment, by running Asha Kiran Hospital, Mysore who treat Street children suffering from AIDS.
Mr Mehinder Sharma serves the poor class of society by providing financial assistance in purchasing medicines, surgical equipment and other accessories to poor patients who come from remote and inaccessible areas for their treatments in various hospitals like AIIMS Delhi ,Safdarjung and other Delhi Hospitals
