ISI trying new methods in Punjab,Desperate to spread terror in India

Desperate to create disturbances in India, Pakistani spy agency ISI is trying to revive terrorism in Punjab by recruiting radicalised youth from Canada and Europe while allegedly training them for sabotage activities in countries like Canada, Dubai and Thailand.

Investigations by intelligence agencies have revealed that the ISI is using the annual pilgrimage to Nankana Saheb (birthplace of Guru Nana Dev) to scout the radicalised Sikh youth and facilitate meetings with Sikh terrorists in Pakistan. “During the annual festival in Nankana Sahab in Pakistan, people from all over the world visit there and the ISI uses this occasion to facilitate meetings between Pak-based militants and their sympathisers who come from all over the world in guise of pilgrims,” sources in the security agencies said.

The revelations have been made as part of the investigations done by the Punjab Police and intelligence agencies in the murders of important Hindu leaders and one Christian pastor in the state, including RSS leaders, in the last two years as an attempt to create differences between Hindus and Sikhs in the state. Some of the important leaders killed in Punjab by terrorists include Brig RS Gagneja, the state vicepresident of the RSS, Amit Sharma, leader of Hindu Takht and Sultan Masih, a Christian pastor involved in missionary activities in Punjab.

“These days, the ISI has evolved a new strategy of training fresh recruits in third country that is Dubai, Canada, Thailand, Malaysia, etc instead of Pakistan to hide Pakistani foot prints,” the sources said about ISI’s plans. The ISI operatives have roped in ex-militants and their associates across the globe for financial assistance, spotting, training of recruits for terrorist activities in Punjab, they said.

Sources said a large number of terrorists, who were used by the Pakistani spy agency to spread terrorism in Punjab, have been given shelter in Pakistan itself and they have now become very active in trying to reignite the demand of Khalistan.

Sources said the ISI has kept these terrorists including the likes of Wadhawa Singh Babbar of Babbar Khalsa International, Ranjeet Singh Neeta and Paramjit Singh Panjwar of the Khalsitan Commando Force and Gajinder Singh of Dal Khalsa in Lahore.

The security agencies have identified that to destabilise the Punjab government with active connivance of masterminds residing in Pakistan (Harmeet Singh PhD) and the United Kingdom (Gursharanbir Singh) ISI hired the key conspirators Harmeet Singh PhD and Gursharanbir Singh to execute the plan.

Sources said the money for carrying out these killings in Punjab was arranged through Hawala transactions. Security agencies say the radicals residing in the UK are also using their clout in their adopted countries to protect these apprehended terrorists.

The UK has emerged as a hub for the Sikh radical elements to carry out anti-India activities. The agencies say that various radical websites from UK like neverforget84.com, saintsoldiers. com, 1984tribute.com, etc and various web-based radio and TV channels are being run from UK with aim to propagate Khalistani ideology.
