Early morning strolling on the road i looked at the car number plates and saw 90% vehicles of odd numbers only and one or two percent even too,girls were seeing riding the cars alone,vans were seen plying with group of people inside ,like people have already fixed the movement prior.
The private buses zoomed by with Route numbers on them and the buses were in plenty.
On the road the civil defence people along with traffic police personnel were seen managing the traffic and noting numbers of offending vehicles of odd and even number scheme.
The supporting people were also seen carrying slogans of placard of pollution free delhi with green color as the theme .
Talking to a traffic personnel i gathered that most people driving today were aware of the rule and the traffic police believed its a good sign that the people are not flouting the rule and are abiding to it.
So friends i believe this ODD EVEN FORMULA will work and will work as a feather in hat for ruling AAP ,Also if it fails by chance AAP will still gain as failure of the same will be put as a blame on the central government.
But by far if we see today outcome of the execution of this role it seems to be a SUCCESS and it should be as we should definitely care for our Kids and elderly health who because of low immunity fall prey to this polluted air of Delhi
