Kapil Dev Tripathi former IAS, has been appointed as Secretary to the President of India.

Kapil Dev Tripathi former IAS officer Assam Meghalaya 1980 batch, who is presently posted as Chairman PESB, Government of India has been appointed as Secretary to the President of India.
