Karan Avtar Singh IAS, has apologized to the Cabinet for his arrogant behavior.

Karan Avtar Singh IAS officer Punjab 1984 batch, who is presently posted as Chief Secretary, Government of Punjab has tendered an apology to Cabinet for his alleged arrogant behavior after intervention of Chief Minister of Punjab in the matter.
