LG DELHI NAJEEB JUNG REVIEWS SECURITY ARRANGEMENT AT RAJ NIWAS ,MEETING ATTENDED BY SR. POLICE OFFICIALS
New Delhi: Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, reviewed the security arrangements in Delhi at Raj Niwas, Delhi at 10 am on 15th November. This Meeting was attended by all Senior Police Officers namely Spl.CP(DG Scale)/Admn. Coordinator, Smt. Vimla Mehra, (acting CP/Delhi), Spl.CP(DG Scale)/Spl.Unit, Sh. Dharmender Kumar, Spl.CP(DG Scale)/L&O Coordinator, Sh. Deeapak Mishra, SPL. CP Traffic, Muktesh Chander, Spl. C.P/ Intelligence , Balaji Srivastava, Spl. CP Spl.Cell, Arvind Deep and Spl. CP Operations, Smt. S.S. Nanda,
It was decided to :-
- Keep vigil around prominent hotels, malls, markets and other crowded places in the city.
- Intensify patrolling and make additional deployment at sensitive spots like Airports, ISBTs, Rly Stations etc.,
- Deploy Quick Reaction Teams at vulnerable points.
- Intensify patrolling and deploy Pickets at vulnerable points and Boarders.
- Activate eyes and ear scheme and hold meetings with all stake holders.
- Ensure all anti terror measures as per S.O.P.
- Ensure Special security and traffic arrangements at IITF.
