New Delhi, Oct 03 : ONGC Director HR K.S. Jamestin addressed the students of Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME), Bangalore during their HR Colloquium ‘HR: The Road Ahead’ held recently.

He educated the students and young HR professionals of the unique challenge in managing Human Resource in public enterprises. He elaborated that Managing HR in PSUs had several constraints on hiring and separations, employees challenging management decisions in court and bringing extraneous influence in service matters. He went on to share some notable HRD interventions carried out in ONGC, in the recent past.
