PM INAUGRATES FIRST PHASE OF TRADE FACILITATION CENTRE & CRAFTS MUSEUM AT VARANASI IMPLEMENTED BY NBCC
Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India inaugurated the first phase of Trade Facilitation Centre & Crafts Museum at Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh. Implemented by NBCC, the centre is a vision project of the Government of India to promote the handloom, handicraft industry and silk products of Varanasi and neighbouring areas. Dr. Mahendra Nath Pandey, MoS, Ministry of HRD; Brahma Shanker Tripathy, Minister of Khadi & Village Industry, Govt of Uttar Pradesh; Ram Charitra Nishad, Hon’ble MP; Mrs Rashmi Verma, Secretary, Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India and Dr Anoop Kumar Mittal, CMD, NBCC were among the distinguished guests who graced the occasion.
