Punjab National Bank organised a talk show of Prof. Jagdish Sheth, a renowned Management Expert on Marketing at India Habit Centre for its senior officers.
- Smt. Usha Ananthasubramanian, Managing Director and CEO of the Bank welcome Mr. Sheth and urged upon all officials of the Bank to focus on practices shared by Prof. Sheth. She said it is high time bank needs to address customers expectations efficiently for business development and employees involvement and concern for the customers.
- Prof. Jagdish Sheth in his talk focussed on identifying areas of improvement in business development, the fast changing business scenario and taking right steps to remain relevant.
