Punjab & Sind Bank Organized Blood Donation Camp
On the eve of its 116th Foundation Day, Punjab & Sind Bank , one of the leading Public Sector Bank, organized Blood donation Camp at its Head Office. The Blood Donation Camp was inaugurated by Shri Swarup Kumar Saha, MD & CEO. Speaking on the occasion Shri Saha said that it is a unique opportunity for the donors to donate their blood to save a life and urged the community to donate blood at regular intervals as blood donation is considered one of the best ways of helping the mankind. The camp witnessed active participation from staff members who volunteered to donate blood for this noble cause. In this camp more than 116 donors donated their blood. The slogan of the campaign was ” Give Blood, Give Plasma, Share Life, Share Often “. Through this blood donation camp, Bank aims to raise awareness for the need of safe blood and blood products and to thank voluntary blood donors for their life-saving gifts of blood.
