As Delhi Government is planning to start Delhi Metro in consultation with Ministry of Urban affairs and Development from September 1 ,the fact is that it may create a spike in covid19 cases and health management agencies may have a cause to worry handling large cases as non availability of beds may arise due to surge in cases by relaxation of allowing Delhi Metro to ply .

According to sources aarogya setu may not be mandatory for commuters to download, every commuter should wear mask, the doors will remain open for sometime at stations to allow fresh air to infuse in.If a commuter has flu symptoms he or she will not be allowed to board the train. The metro card will have to be recharged by cashless mode through paytm or credit or debit card.people have to maintain one metre distance in boarding and inside train.

But still with all these safety measure in place due to unhygeneic factors which will definitely be there as all person hygiene maintenance factor differs the plying of Delhi Metro will remain a threat in surging an increase in Covid19 cases which has been controlled offlate.
