Chief Election Commissioner Sushil Chandra on Saturday said all voters aged above 80, persons with disabilities and COVID-19 patients can vote by postal ballot. The Election Commission today announced the election dates for five states, namely Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Manipur, Uttarakhand and Goa. The counting will take place on March 10 and the Model Code of Conduct has been imposed.
