Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail has said that it will acquire 51% stake in Masaba Gupta’s fashion label House of Masaba Lifestyle for 90 crore. The tie-up will mark ABFRL’s entry into the beauty and personal care market in India. The two companies also target to build a business worth *500 crore in the next five years.
