Hockey India donated an additional 75 lakh rupees on April 4 towards the PM-CARES Fund to take its total contribution to one crore rupees to tackle COVID-19 pandemic in the country.
Hockey India had earlier donated 25 lakh rupees towards the cause on April 1. The decision to donate an additional 75 lakh rupees was taken by the Hockey India Executive Board
