Chandigarh: The Haryana government has transferred Deputy Commissioners of Rohtak and Sonepat district due to Jat agitation.Atul Kumar, IAS has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Rohtak, replacing Dusmanta Kumar Behera who had faced the ire of affected people whose property was damaged by arsonists during the Jat quota agitation.
Mewat Deputy Commissioner Khetmalis Makrand Pandurang has been given the charge of Deputy Commissioner, Sonepat, replacing Rajiv Rattan. Both Behera and Rattan have not been given posting orders.Posting orders of Dusmanta Kumar Behera and Rajiv Rattan shall be issued later on.
