WHEN YOU WERE PLANNING TO SLEEP THE CITY WAS WITNESSING THE BEST EVER SHOW BY AAMER ZAKIR AT THE CAPITOL,HOTEL ASHOK

It was a funfilled evening and Nite at CAPITOL,Hotel Ashok ,New Delhi.
I reached the venue at 7.30 pm ,the time conveyed for the show by Aamer as i entered the CAPITOL could see the makeup artist getting ready the models for the show.The ramp was lighted and so were the cheerful models. Aamer met me with a great smile expected by any guest.
Dressed in creations of Ace designers Manish Gupta and Dolly J the models were looking classy walking the ramp,the shutterbugs were excited to take the shots of these glamorous models who not only wore illustrious creations but were illustrious too in their attitude and confidence with which they walked the ramp.
I do remember the tough phase these models go through for preparing them for the show,could see Aamer too shout at one time at a model for her flaws in her walk on the ramp during a pre-event try,the model paused at the end of the ramp to pose but Aamer was so professional in his approach that he shouted and said don’t pose ,go in the flow and i could myself see when the models went in the flow at the end of the ramp where they turned back flow created an impressive impact.
All together it was a nice event ,professionally managed by Aamer, Meeting Manish Gupta was like meeting a cool Guy who was keeping stress aside by interacting with the guests too before the event.Also what was best about Manish was that he wore a sober look ,occasionally seen in designers.
I could see the pretty ladies ,the socialites like Pankaj Diamond & his wife, Could see Lieut Rita Gangwani also so beautifully dressed with a nice necklace around her neck enjoying the delicacies and the drinks and other guests too.Could see some bouncers too responsible for keeping a healthy atmosphere.
The drinks and the food was also exceptionally great at the CAPITOL and if you hadn’t been there then you must go at-least once and enjoy the heart pulsating music,great wine and food there.
The show started and it went well as expected with full glamour.
Hats off to AAMER and his team for putting up such a well organised show.I wish him success always.
